Freshly picked ears are eaten boiled, corns are fried or used to make corn flakes,
popcorn or corn flour. In industry corn artificial fiber is produced from corn protein,
corn starch is used in manufacture of pharmaceuticals, viscose fiber, adhesives,
paper and explosives, for finishing textiles and leather.
